1. Wheat Momos (Atta Momos)
Ingredients-
- 1 Cup wheat flour
- Mixed vegetable stuffing like broccoli, bean sprouts, carrot (finely choped)
- Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions-
- Prepare the Dough
- Mix wheat flour and add little salt in a bowl
- Knead into a soft dough using water
- Cover it and put aside
- Preparing the stuffing
- Combine all the chopped vegetables with garlic and ginger paste, green chilli paste and salt
