1. Wheat Momos (Atta Momos)

Ingredients-

  • 1 Cup wheat flour
  • Mixed vegetable stuffing like broccoli, bean sprouts, carrot (finely choped)
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions-

  1. Prepare the Dough
  • Mix wheat flour and add little salt in a bowl
  • Knead into a soft dough using water
  • Cover it and put aside

  • Combine all the chopped vegetables with garlic and ginger paste, green chilli paste and salt
